More than just attentive service with a smile, our front desk team is eager to learn your habits and anticipate your needs. They are also knowledgeable about the items that are sold at the front desk. They can help you understand the benefits of a post-workout meal, set up your Polar heart monitor, or even tudor you on such things as programming your locker, and signing up for a spin class. Strength Training Equipment: Our experienced staff has selected a wide range of the best strength training equipment available form Cybex, Hammer Strength, Star Trac, Life Fitness, BodyMasters, and more.

Cardio Equipment: We believe that utilizing a wide range of cardio devices on a regular basis is the best way to get a consistently effective workout. We have an excellent selection of cardio equipment for your use that ranges from high to no-stress intensity on your musculoskeletal system.

Spin Bikes: We proudly provide Star Trac spin bikes in our spinning studio.

Kids' Kingdom provides worry-free workouts for Delta members. We provide fully supervised childcare at fixed hours throughout the day and week. Our KidsCam gives you constant visibility of your kids via closed circuit TV into the cardio area. We believe that the extra peace of mind that comes from knowing your child is in good hands is important to letting you concentrate on your workout.
