Our Group Exercise instructors are certified by one or more leading certification programs. To stay current with fitness trends, they attend many training programs, including workshops, seminars and conventions. Our group fitness staff includes professionals from many different disciplines, including aerobics, dance, yoga, Pilates, and Spinning.

Class Descriptions
Butts and Guts
A combination of mutli-joint leg exercises for glutes, hams, and quads, and core/abdominal work for that frightening area between your ribs and hoo-ha!
Body Sculpt
Using dumbbells and bands, this high-energy class uses stationary weight work to improve neuromuscular proprioception, the mind-muscle link. Excellent as a supplement to all fitness levels!
G.I. Jane & Joe
Not for the faint-hearted! Prepare to give your all for an hour as you’ll be taken inside, outside, upstairs, downstairs, up hills (ramps), down hills (ramps); all in search of the perfect endorphin rush! A perfect way to blow off steam.
Muscle Pump
A high-energy full body workout set to great music. Muscle Pump uses dumbbells and your body weight to recruit your body’s prime movement musculature. Muscle Pump is a great supplement to a resistive (weights) strength training strategy.
Spinning®
The indoor cycling phenomenon in its purest form, our spinning sessions are 8 riders to 1 leader, so you’re never out of the watchful gaze of your leader/instructor. Come early to get a bike!
Stretch and Flex
60-minute stretch class targeting hips, core, and shoulders. This regimen dramatically improves flexibility and range of motion, balance, and neuromuscular proprioception, the mind-muscle link. A must for the over-40 crowd.
Turbo Kick
Test your mettle in this challenging hour of high-energy jabs, kicks, and more jabs. Set to loud hip-hop, Turbo Kick will take the fight out of you! Caution: Can be habit-forming.
Turbo Pump
30 minutes of Turbo Kick followed by 30 minutes of Turbo Pump. The perfect blend of cardio, movement, and the full release of a day’s aggression!
