I've had a life in fitness, movement, gymnastics, and dance and have over 20 years of running experience. Coaching high school and college women to avoid the Freshman 15 grew out of extensive research in eating disorders and disordered eating behaviors.
I'm a Lifeguard, water safety Instructor, physical education instructor, and I have coaching experience in soccer, gymnastics, and swimming. I studied ballet and modern dance at Texas Christian University and at Stephens Perry-Mansfield dance camp in Steamboat Springs, Colorado and have a Dance/theater BFA from Colorado Women's College. The early part of my career I was a professional dancer/actress in musical theater.
My goal for my clients has always been to give them confidence and joy in physical fitness, healthy eating and living. Sometimes we lose our way, but you can find your way back with our help.
